The Store Credit is a credit that is generated when you make a return request for an item purchased on Gioiapura.it.  
The value of the Store Credit is equal to the cost of the returned item (minus the return costs) and you can use it immediately by placing a new order on the site. Please note that this credit is valid for one year from the date of creation.

Here is how the Store Credit works: before completing the return procedure, choose the option "I would like to receive a STORE CREDIT". You will be able to use your credit immediately to make a new purchase, in the cart you can decide to use the credit available in your Store Credit and if necessary select a payment method for the difference. The amount to be paid will be calculated based on the value of the Store Credit. As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your new order will be shipped!
If your new order includes reserved items,it will only be shipped when the products are available in our warehouse. In the case of items that are not immediately available, the times indicated in the order confirmation apply.
