How do I get reimbursed?

The refund method depends on the payment method chosen at the time of the order:

- PAYMENT COD: refunds are only made by bank transfer. In this case you will have to provide us with your bank details (IBAN and account holder's details) by email when you send the return request. (CLICK HERE if you want to provide us with your IBAN for the refund). 
- PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: the refund is made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer who wants to be refunded.
- PAYMENT BY PAYPAL: the refund will be made directly via PayPal.
- PAYMENT BY KLARNA:  the refund will be processed using the original form of payment.
- PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: the refund will only be credited to the credit card used for the purchase.

A refund for a return is made approximately 15 days after we receive the product.You will be reimbursed the cost of the returned item minus any discounts or coupon codes, minus collection costs.Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (i.e. €4.90 for Italy) and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount or the value of the coupon. a gift box, or gift kit, and any shipping costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
