Which size of the ring to buy?
Gioiapura provides a PDF file, which you can consult or download in all the tabs of the rings, present on the site, with which you can verify the size of the ring that you would like to buy: See here the PDF.
The procedure is very simple:
- You can measure a ring in your possession and refer to the guide.
- You can print the guide in A4 format and place a ring in your possession to verify its size.
In most of the product sheets of the rings, you will find explicit the size. The gold rings and some silver rings are made to measure, there is no possibility to choose the size when proceeding with the order on the site. The desired size should be reported to customer service after you place your order. To do this, enter the section of "YOUR ORDERS" by clicking here. Select ORDER DETAILS and send us an immediate message related to your order.
If the ring is not immediately available in the required size, the timing of the realization of a custom ring goes from 15 to 20 working days depending on the brand chosen.
