Which ring size to purchase?
"GioiaPura provides a PDF file, which you can consult or download from all the ring cards, found on the site, with which you can check the ring size you would like to purchase: Consult the PDF here.
The procedure is very simple:
- You can measure a ring you already own and refer to the guide.
- You can print out the guide in A4 size and place a ring you already own to check its size.
In most ring product sheets, you will find the size written out.Gold rings and some silver rings are made to measure, there is no option to choose the size when you place your order on the site. The required size will need to be reported to our customer service department after you have completed your order. To do so, enter the section of ""YOUR ORDERS"" CLICK HERE. Select ORDER DETAILS and immediately send us a message related to your order.
If the ring is not immediately available in the size requested, the timeline for making a custom ring ranges from 15 to 20 business days depending on the brand chosen."
