To find out if your order has already been shipped, you need to log into your GioiaPura account, i.e. go to "Your Orders" CLICK HERE and check if your order has already been processed and shipped. If we have already delivered your order to the courier, you will find "Shipped" in the "Order Status" field. At this point you can click on "Track" to find out where your order is.

If your order has been shipped, you should have received an email with the Tracking Code that will allow you to follow your shipment. The e-mail contains all the delivery information: you will know when your order will be delivered to the address you have indicated during the purchase process. If you have chosen cash on delivery as payment method, you will also receive a text message on the day your order will be delivered. In any case, in the Your Orders section, you will find the date when your order is expected to be dispatched and the date when it is expected to be delivered.
