By logging into the "YOUR ORDERS" and CLICKING HERE, you will find the scheduled shipping and delivery dates.
Orders with items IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE:
- Payments made by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery made by 4pm are shipped within the same evening, or within 24 hours if the item is in one of our shops.
- For purchases withpayment by bank transfer, shipment takes place once payment has been received.
- If you have requested an exchange, your new order starts the moment the product to be exchanged arrives in our warehouse.


Orders with items NOT IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE:
. - For all orders that includereservation items, and therefore are not immediately available, the expected delivery date is indicated at the time of order confirmation (timing may vary depending on the brand). Once all reserved articles have arrived at our warehouse, the order is processed and shipped.


Orders with items BOTH AVAILABLE AND RESERVED:
