All items in the same order will be shipped at once when they are all available. If you want several items, some available, some on reservation, and you need to receive the available ones immediately, we recommend making two separate orders.

If you have a particular urgency to receive the item immediately available, log into "YOUR ORDERS" CLICK HERE, click on ORDER DETAILS  and send us a communication using the "Request assistance" box at the bottom of the order summary.
