Reso Extra CEE (Returns from countries outside the European Union)

Per avere l'autorizzazione a restituire da un paese ExtraCee il tuo reso, devi contattare il servizio clienti GioiaPura.
Oltre alle spedizioni di reso saranno a tuo carico i dazi, che dipendono dalla dogana e verranno notificati solo una volta che il tuo reso sarà arrivato in Italia.

Ogni spesa verrà scalata dall'importo del rimborso corrispondente agli articoli resi al netto degli sconti.
Indica nella mail gli articoli che vuoi restituire.

To be authorized to return your return from an ExtraCee country, you have to contact our customer service team.

In addition to return shipments, you will be charged of customs duties, which depend on customs and will be notified once your purchase has arrived in Italy.

Every cost will be deducted from the refund amount, net of rebates.
