To obtain authorisation to return from a non-EU country, you must contact GioiaPura customer service.
In addition to the return shipping, you will have to pay the duties, which depend on customs and will only be notified once your return has arrived in Italy.
Any charges will be deducted from the refund amount corresponding to the returned items net of discounts.
Please indicate in the email the items you wish to return.
