Where should I send my return?

You can choose how to deliver your return to us:

AT YOUR NEAREST POST OFFICE at a cost of 4.90 euros:
- Place the item(s) to be returned inside a well-sealed and protected box/envelope (you can use ours).
- Attach the self-adhesive label you found in the parcel
. - Go to the Post Office of your choice (you can find the nearest Post Office by CLICKING HERE)

COLLECTION OF RETURNS AT YOUR HOME at a cost of 7.00 euros:
- Fill out the form in your personal area to book the courier pickup of your return. You will need to indicate your preferred working day and time slot.
- Please place the items to be returned inside a well-sealed and protected box or envelope.
NOTE The courier will already have a label with our shipping address and your reference, there is therefore no need to write anything on the parcel.
