No problem. You can request a replacement for the model you ordered, choosing one of the correct size.
To makean exchange of a size, you need to carry out the return procedure CLICK HERE. You will have to choose the exchange via STORE CREDIT, i.e., a credit that is generated immediately after you have chosen this return method (READ HERE more about Store Credit). The Store Credit has a value equal to the cost of the returned item (minus the return costs) and can also be used immediately by placing an order on the website. You can find the amount of your Store Credit by clicking on USER AREA/ STORE CREDIT, you will find the whole summary.
After you have completed the return procedure, place a new order by entering the correct size item in YOUR CART. In the cart you can decide to use the credit available in your Store Credit and, if necessary, select a payment method for the difference. The amount to be paid will be calculated on the basis of the value of the Store Credit.

Please note that the amount of your Store Credit is valid for one year.
The new order will only be dispatched once we have received the items to be returned, in the case of items that are not immediately available, the times indicated in the order confirmation will apply (HERE is more information on the delivery times of booked items).
