What are the costs for making a return?
The cost of pick-up is €4.00 if you choose to go to the nearest post office, or €7.00 if you book a pick-up directly at your home, and it will be deducted from the amount reimbursed or from the value of the voucher, and you will not have to pay anything at the post office or to the courier.
For orders placed outside Italy, the return cost is from 20€ up.
