In the area dedicated to your order, after make the Return Request (click HERE for more information) you will find the LINK TO THE FORM TO FILL OUT to book the pickup of your return by the courier.

You will need to tell us the first and last name under which you placed your order, your order number, the address where you want the pickup to be made, and the day and time slot you prefer.

Please note that you can also choose to have your return delivered at your nearest Post Office.
