Yes, you have the option to exchange the item within 30 days of receiving the order. You can request an exchange or a refund.
The cost of pick-up is €4.00 if you choose to go to the nearest post office, or €7.00 if you book a pick-up directly at your home, and it will be deducted from the amount reimbursed or from the value of the voucher, you will not have to pay anything at the post office or to the courier.
