Can I give the courier a timeframe for collection?
No, it is not possible to give a time to the courier but only to indicate a preferred time slot for pick-up, i.e. morning (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) or afternoon (3 p.m. to 6 p.m.).
Please remember that you can also go directly to the nearest Post Office with the return label you found in your parcel.
