How to make an exchange


To exchange a product you have to follow the return procedure and ask for a STORE CREDIT.


1 - Log into "YOUR ORDERS" click HERE.
2 - Find your order list and click, next to the product you wish to replace,"REQUEST RETURN".
3 - Select the product(s) from your order that you wish to return and choose the "STORE CREDIT" mode.
4 - Choose HOW TO RETURN THE RETURN:

  •   AT YOUR NEAREST POST OFFICE at a cost of €4.00:
    • Place the item(s) to be returned inside a well-sealed and protected box/envelope (you can use ours).
    • Stick the self-adhesive label you found in the parcel
    • Go to the Poste Italiane office of your choice
Or
  • PICK UP RETURN AT YOUR HOME at a cost of 7.00 euros:
    •  Fill in the form in your personal area to book the collection of your return by courier. You will need to indicate your preferred working day and time slot.
    • Please place the items to be returned inside a well-sealed and protected box or envelope.
NOTE The courier will already have a label with our shipping address and your reference, so it is not necessary to write anything on the parcel.


The STORE CREDIT is a credit that is automatically generated when you make your return request. The value of the Store Credit is equal to the cost of the returned item (minus the return shipping costs) and you can use it immediately by placing a new order on the site.


NOTE  In the event that the returned product has contributed to a minimum order quantity for obtaining a free gift, the return of the product is understood to include an obligatory return of the said free gift as well.


NOW YOU CAN MAKE A NEW ORDER
After you have completed the return procedure, place a new order by entering the correct size item in YOUR CART. In the cart you can decide to use the credit available in your Store Credit and, if necessary, select a payment method for the difference. The amount to be paid will be calculated based on the value of the Store Credit.
Please note that the value credited to your Store Credit is valid for one year.


We will only dispatch your order once we have received the items you wish to return. If your new order includes reserved items, we will only shipwhen the products are available in our warehouse. In the case of items that are not immediately available, the times indicated in the order confirmation will apply (READ HERE for more information on the delivery times of reservation items).
