Before sending your return you need to be authorised by Customer Service.
. You can prepare your return to be sent back to GioiaPura, making sure to seal the box or envelope you will hand over to the courier, and to stick the label on the parcel so that it is completely legible.
Finally, contact the UPS courier to book an appointment for collection from your address on +39 02 30303039.
Please note: in case of orders placed outside the European Community, the value of the refund or Store Credit is to be recalculated according to the customs fees that will be charged for the return of your return to Italy.
