How to make a return

To make a return, follow these instructions:
. 1 - Go to the "YOUR ORDERS"CLICK HERE.
. 2 - Relative to the order you wish to return, click on "RETURN REQUEST".
. 3 - Select the product(s) from your order that you want to return. You can request a refund or an exchange.

ASK FOR A REFUND in case you want a refund of the amount spent on the items you want to return (HERE YOU WILL FIND more information on how to make a refund)

ASK FOR A STORE CREDIT if you want to exchange an item. The Store Credit is a digital wallet to the value of the refund, and can be used immediately to place a new order. The new order will only be shipped after we receive the return item in our warehouse. (FIND HERE more details on STORE CREDIT).

NOTE In the event that the returned product has contributed to a minimum order quantity for the receipt of a free gift, the return of the product includes an obligatory return of the aforementioned free gift as well.

4 - Deliver your return:

AT YOUR NEAREST POST OFFICE - AT YOUR NEAREST POST OFFICE - The cost is 4.00 euro:
- Place the item(s) to be returned inside a well-sealed and protected box/envelope (you can use ours). - Stick the self-adhesive label you found in the parcel - Go to the Italian Post Office of your choice (you can find the nearest Post Office CLICKING HERE)

BOOK THE COLLECTION OF YOUR RETURNS AT YOUR HOME - BOOK YOUR RETURNS AT YOUR HOME - The cost is 7,00 euro:
. - Fill in the form in your personal area to book the courier collection of your return. You will have to indicate your preferred working day and time slot.
NOTE The courier will already have a label with our shipping address and your reference, there is therefore no need to write anything on the parcel. CLICK HERE for more information about the return cost.
