In which cases and when can I make a return?
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt*, subject to these conditions:
- The products must not have been used, modified or customised.
- The boxes of the products must show no signs of wear, abrasions or scratches.
- The product must be accompanied by the enclosed warranty.
NOTE In the event that the returned product has contributed to a minimum order quantity for obtaining a free gift, the return of the product shall be deemed to include and oblige the return of the said free gift as well.
